We openly negotiate long term business conditions with our suppliers. In our cooperation we emphasise reliability, quality of work, trustworthy and ethical behaviour.

Principles of communication with employees

We cooperate with our employees in accordance with entrusted competences and responsibilities. We openly discuss their goals, they know what performance is expected of them and are evaluated according to it. We ensure compliance with company culture and support continuous improvement of work quality and performance. Employees work in teams which are put together according to customers’ needs.
