Aggregates in chemical and petrochemical industries are very challenging with their requirements for materials, material composition and mounting technologies. This field is always a professional challenge for DITHERM and we have been proving our maturity and experience for over ten years. There, too, is a broad spectrum of aggregates for the production of chemical substances for various purposes and the company´s experience and know-how obtained in the long term thus deepen. Among important implementations we include lining for FCC (fluid catalytic cracking unit), vacuum distillation units, styrene furnaces, Claus reactors, absorber for the production of sulphuric acid, calcining kilns for the production of titanium white, hydrolysis tanks for the production of titanium white and a lot of others. DITHERM has designed and implemented the composition of the Venturi Washer lining in Precheza – equipment from which titanium white production gases are conducted away. For these purposes, the company has designed material composition and a general technology which reduced regular repairs from once every 6 months to once every 6 years.

The company also engages in projects from other sectors (e.g. energy industry, incineration plants) focusing on the environmental production of chemical substances under EU legislation.

In chemical and petrochemical industries, DITHERM operates on the domestic market as well as on the foreign market and cooperates, for example, with Synthos Kralupy n. Vltavou, Spolana Neratovice, Lovochemie Syntézia Pardubice, Precheza Přerov, Deza, Česká rafinérská etc.
