Special burner and other moulded bricks as a replacement for hot-dip galvanised steel in parts of a unit

Here, we offer a bold and very functional solution, in particular for those parts of a unit such as the area around the burners, air flow and other holes for air flow. These parts suffer as the steel is burdened by high temperatures, the steel shape is twisted and caking forms.

We design specially-manufactured moulded bricks for the given part of the unit which are interlocked into thin walls. The material itself has a reduced “stickiness” so clinkering is created very slowly, almost not at all. The shape around the holes is not deformed, which ensures a constant flow of air and process of burning.
