   3. The administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
2. THE LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
   1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for:
      1. the administrator to perform measures before the conclusion of a contract within the meaning of Article 6, paragraph 1), letter b) of  Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as the “regulation”);
3. THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
   1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to implement the arrangements by the administrator prior to the conclusion of a contract - the answer to your question from the form provided.
   2. From the side of the administrator, automatic, individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation does not occur or take place.
4. STORAGE PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
   1. Your personal data will be processed while answering your query, and during any subsequent communications.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
   1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing technical services related to the operation of the e-shop, including software operations and data storage.
   2. The administrator does not intend to pass your personal data to any third party country (to a non-EU country), or to any international organization.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Under the terms and conditions set forth in the regulations, you have the right to request from your administrator access to your personal data, the right to repair or deletion your personal data or limit its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the transferability of your personal data.
   2. If you believe that your personal data has been infringed or violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
   3. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. Providing your personal information is a necessary requirement to answer your question.
